Companies will provide 34 heavy maintenance slots. 99% stake of JAT Tehnika will be sold to Avia Prime after winning privatization tender. After this transaction, the Avia Prime Group becomes one of the key players on the Europe.
JAT Tehnika is based at Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade where it operates in two hangars with the surface of over 20 000 sqm. The bigger facility can accommodate the biggest code E aircraft. The company holds EASA PART-145 and FAA FAR 145 certificates along with European Design Certificate, EASA PART-21J. JAT Tehnika has very modern and capable workshops that cover virtually all base maintenance needs such as composite and structural repair, engine shop with the dedicated test cell and much more. JAT Tehnika holds B737 Classic, New Generation, and MAX, Airbus A320 CEO, ATR 42/72, along with newly added Sukhoi RRJ95 certificates. Additional 14 heavy maintenance lines will further expand company?s ability to provide base maintenance on B737, B767, A320 and ATR.
